Prior to their 8th week home fixture against Tudu Mighty Jets FC, Real Athletico had not loss at home and were lying comfortably on top of the league log.

The boys from Tudu stormed the home venue of the then league leaders and beat them by 2 goals to nil.

In the game itself, Both sides were good and each side tried as much as possible to keep the ball once they had it. it was therefore an end to end stuff and very beautiful game of football to behold.

At some point it was looking more likely to end goalless and therefore was no news when the first half ended goalless.

The Tudu boys came back from recess more determined to carry the day and thereby close the gap between them and the leading pack. That determination yielded the required results.

Just within 5 minutes in the second half, Emmanuel Laryea scored from the penalty spot for Tudu Mighty Jets FC after Eric Armah had been brought down by a defender of the home team in their 18 yard box. The second goal to ensure that the game ended 2- 0 in favour of the Tudu club came through Jonathan saka in open play at the stroke of full time.

Tudu Mighty Jets FC  on 13 points now moved up to fourth position on the league log. The point difference between them and the current leaders (Dreams FC ) is 3 points.
