In a bid to find her past glory the Tudu based club has recruited into its fold the English coach James Francis whose responsibilities assigned to him by the club is to coach the first team and prepare it to the state that they will be very competitive whenever the league resumes.
James Francis who holds a UEFA B qualified license 07871078695 was born on the 16th November 1982 in the United Kingdom,
Prior to his being recruited by the Jets family, he had had working stints with the following institutions:
- Wingate & Finchley FC in the United Kingdom from November 2013 to July 2015 as a coach.
- Regent Park FC in the UK from February 2013 to July 2016 as the head coach & CO-ordinator.
- SCIS PE from November 2013 to July 2016 as a sports coach & Co-ordinator.
- Metropolitan Oval Academy from July 2016 to August 2017 as a lead coach and Performance Analyst.
- SC GJOA from August 2017 to August 2018 as a lead coach and last but not the least
- Cambridge United in the United Kingdom as Development center lead coach from September 2018.
- Billa Future Stars Academy in Ghana as Academy Director and Development center lead coach

What it means therefore is that he is combining his current job with coaching the Tudu based club which is possible as his work at Billa Future Stars Acdemy as the development Centre lead coach is only in the evenings from 4pm to 5pm week days.
His probation period with the Tudu based club is 6 months after which the Tudu club could extend or say bye bye to him depending on the output of his six months’ work.
He has started work already and if what he has demonstrated in the last few days is to serve as a guide as to what to expect from him, then one can confidently say that the Tudu based club will soon rediscover its lost glory days.
